Secret Spot

King Baguette was located at MLK & Graham. I kept this place a huge secret, worried it would become popular, overcrowded, the place would become jaded, the quality would suffer, I would eventually become disappointed. Instead, something worse happened - they closed. Not sure why, but they really had the bomb banh mi.

Precious Moments

When I retire, I'm going to amass a very large collection of these Precious Moments figurines and scare myself to sleep every night looking at them. I will line them up like the terracotta army in China. In the middle of the night, I will wake up and cuss at them for not standing up straight enough. Geriatric living will be the bomb!
